DELIVERY TIMES
Due to an abnormally high volume, orders for UK DELIVERY are taking longer than expected to be processed. therefore please allow at least 4 working days for delivery. We're starting to get back to normal, and our delivery times should begin to reach the usual standard soon.
URGENT ORDERS
If you are a sewing volunteer making medical wear and urgently require your order, please call us on 01606 33918 (ideally between 5pm and 6pm) and we'll do our very best to expedite for you.
SEWING MACHINES
Orders for sewing machines are sent via courier as standard. These purchases will not be delayed as other orders, and should arrive with you in 1-2 working days (subject to stock).
