Free parts & labour for up to 7 years depending on the make and model of machine purchased. Includes collect / return cover for mainland UK addresses.

Depending on make and model purchased: sewing machines and overlockers are supplied with a manufacturer's guarantee of up to 7 years. WeaverDee will provide free collection and return for UK addresses. 

Should your machine require attention due to problems caused by faulty components and/or poor workmanship; we will arrange collection, repair and return of your machine at no charge. This guarantee applies only to machines purchased from WeaverDee for use within the UK and used for normal domestic purposes. Consumable items such as: needles, needle threaders, bobbins, bobbin cases, light bulbs, belts, loopers, blades etc. are not covered - as stated on the manufacturer's guarantee document. In addition, the guarantee does not cover: user error, accidental damage, neglect or misuse. 

In many case, problems with sewing machines and overlockers are brought on by user error. Customers who have purchased their machine from WeaverDee can contact us for free help and advice. If we find that your machine is in need of workshop attention, our free collection - repair and return facility will be quickly arranged. Please retain the original packing materials - just in case your machine has to be returned to us.

Alternatively, customers that are within reasonable driving distance from WeaverDee, may find it beneficial to bring their machine to our workshop - please contact us for details.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
