How long does delivery take?

I don’t like ordering online - Can I order over the phone?

Yes, our order line is open 9am til 5pm, Mon to Fri, and until 4pm on Saturday.
Give us a call on 01606 339818 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Prior to phoning, we’d really appreciate you making a list of the items you wish to order. In so doing, it will speed things up and reduce the cost of your call.

I've made a mistake! Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, but it will depend on how far your order has been processed, so please let us know as soon as you can.
If your order is already at the warehouse picking/packing stage, it may be too late to withdraw it.

My order arrived wrong - What should I do?

Please tell us without delay. We'll resend any missing or incorrectly sent items by return post (subject to stock) We'll include a prepaid returns envelope for items sent in our error.

My order has arrived, but it's damaged. What shall I do?

Please tell us without delay so that we can arrange an exchange for you.

Do you ship overseas / outside of the UK?

I placed an order with you but didn't receive an email confirmation.

You should have received a confirmation within seconds of finalising your order.
Please contact us if you’d like us to check that it’s gone through.
We’ll need your name, delivery address, and email address so that we can have a look for you.

My order hasn't arrived. What shall I do?

Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can investigate for you.
We’ll need your order number or your name and address details.
Orders do occasionally go astray or get delayed in the post; we promise that we'll do our very utmost to speedily resolve the issue for you.

Do you have a showroom that’s open to the public?

Yes. We are based in Middlewich, Cheshire -  Find out more here.
We are primarily a mail order/internet supplier, but customers are welcome to purchase or pick up any item in person (providing on stock).
We have a display of sewing machines in our showroom area where customers can visit for sewing machine demonstrations.
Please contact us for more details if you are making a special journey.

I’ve bought my new machine from you; how do I obtain help in using it?

 Contact us here or call us on 01606 339 818 - Our expert staff are at hand to guide you through using your machine.
Alternatively, you can make an appointment to visit us in Middlewich and we’ll be pleased to show you how to use your machine.

What kind of after-sales service do you provide and how does the guarantee work?

We provide full customer support.
All machines are supplied with a manufacturer’s guarantee ranging from two to seven years depending make and model please refer to our  Machine Guarantee Info Page

Do you sell used sewing machines?

We do resell our trade-in machines providing they're in good condition.

Do you do spare parts for sewing machines?

Sorry, we don’t.
However, we do supply presser feet and various accessories.

Do you sell industrial sewing machines?

We only supply domestic machines (with the exception of the  Janome 1600PQC which is a portable industrial machine).

Do you repair / service sewing machines?
Do you part exchange on sewing machines?

We do not currently offer part exchange.

Do you do CLICK & COLLECT at your store in Middlewich?

Yes. Select PICKUP at checkout, and your order will be prepared for collection.
